Recommended one year preventative maintenance and inspection on your Sanden Heat Pump or Istore heat pump. If your installation is at least one year old it is recommended to complete this inspection to ensure the smooth and efficient running of your new hot water system.

Available only in the ACT, additional travel will apply for out of town.

Our technicians will:

• Ensure all the valves including the PTR valve, Tempering valve, and cold water expansion valves are fully functional and clean. 

• Check and clean any water filters 

• Check tank thermistor pocket for corrosion

• Check pipework for leakages, ensure that fastenings are secure 

• Check lagging on pipework and around valves. Replace any damaged lagging with UV stable lagging.

• Ensure water filter on cold water inlet is clean and remove debris 

• Remove top cover and inspect motherboard, dry and condensation

• Ensure drain plug is not blocked

• Clean fan grill

• Clean finds on condenser to ensure optimal air flow around refrigeration pipework

• Check controller for any historical errors 

• Check flow and return lines are secure

• Check all electrical wiring is secure and intact 

Regular preventative maintenance can prevent more serious issues in the future. The next recommended inspection is three years after installation.

Inspection will generally occur within one week of receipt of the order, with an AM or PM slot provided.
