SunStak: Workflow and Payment Process

1. Reserve

A $123 fully-refundable deposit is payable upon reservation of your SunStak system. This will formally request a SunStak Specialist for a site visit to assess whether your property is suitable for your selected system.

2. Confirmation

During the site visit you will have the opportunity to amend your chosen configuration, such as adding battery storage . Once your order is confirmed, a 50% deposit is payable to officially commence the project and ordering of your hardware.

3. Approved

Once we receive approval from your local network provider, we will be in touch to arrange a suitable date for your installation. A further 25% is payable at this time.

4. Installation

Your target date for installation will be six (6) weeks from the receipt of your deposit. The balance of your system is payable upon completion.
