Warranty
SunStak systems come with industry leading warranties on all system components. In the unlikely event that any part of your system needs replacing under warranty, contact us directly and we will work with you to facilitate the warranty claim.
Solar Panels
SunStak residential solar panels come with 25 years full product warranty, labour warranty and efficiency warranty. Our Singapore made solar panels have one of the lowest failure rates in the industry due to their superior design and strict manufacturing standards.
All commercial SunStak solar panels come with 12 years product warranty and 25 years efficiency warranty.
Inverter
SunStak inverters come standard with an industry leading 12 year product warranty as well as a 25 year warranty on all optimisers. This includes both parts and labour warranty as standard, and is backed by the largest inverter manufacturer in the world.
Workmanship
SunStak provides a comprehensive 5 year workmanship warranty which covers all components of your solar system including your inverter, solar panels and all electrical components. This warranty is compliant with the Clean Energy Council requirements for Accredited Solar Retailers.
Insurance
SunStak is committed to the highest possible standard of customer care. We only install high-quality products, backed by industry-leading warranty terms. We also only work with the most experienced and qualified installation partners to ensure the best possible outcome for our customers.
In addition to our industry leading approach, SunStak maintains $1 million professional indemnity and $20 million public and product liability insurance. Insurance certificates of currency are gladly provided upon request.
